The event was graced by the presence of Honourable Consul General of India, Mr. Ashok Kumar Attri and his wife Mrs. Usha Attri. It kicked off with the welcome message by the president of BCANA, Mr. Jawaid Iqbal. In the message, Mr. Jawaid Iqbal recalled the people from Bihar/Jharkhand who suffered barbaric torture in Maharashtra in recent incidents and he said," today we stand by them and share full sympathy with the suffering families". After the presidential speech, BCANA Secretary Mr. Aman Verma introduced the consul general and invited him to address the folks. In his speech, the chief guest, Mr. Ashok Kumar Attri recalled his cherished memories in Bihar and echoed the sentiments of audience and quoted that "Whole India belongs to every citizen of India and no one can exclude anyone from any parts of the country". This was followed by a variety of musical programs, which continued after the dinner break. 

        The kids from Nupur Academy put up excellent dance items. The same spirit in dance was shown by the super kids from BCANA,  Ms. Aasna, Shristi, Shreya, Krishma, Shaan and others. 4 year old girl, Ananya presented a nice Holi poem in Hindi. The professional singers Mr. Shehzad and Ms.Jyoti enchanted the audience with Bollywood hit songs. Meanwhile, the quiz on Bihar and Holi conceived and conducted by Shivani jee caught everybody's attention. Amit Ji presented a nice item on musical instrument during dinner time. Harshada Ji properly anchored the entire program. Newly wed couple Mr. Jayananda Jha and his wife Ms. Rashmi Jha were presented rose bouquet. An important 'Vote of Thanks' was given by the event coordinator Mr. Jayanand Jha. All BCANA founding members were remembered for their visionary approach in establishing BCANA way back in 1990. The event coordinator thanked all sponsors and acknowledged the hard work and efforts of the office bearers and volunteers, specially  Mr. Binod Balak, Mr. Pankaj Singh, Mr. Rohit Sinha, Mr. Sanjay Roy, Mr. Shaan, Ms. Afsah, Ms. Shivani, Ms. Naila, Ms. Rohini, Ms. Harshada and others.  The programme continued after the vote of thanks with open dance floor and Gulal.

The founding president Mr. Moin Moon Khan, the founding member Dr. S.P. Singh and the outgoing president Mr. Vinay Sinay congratulated the team for organizing such a wonderfull event
